Observation

0106(10) Licensor observed the food handler's card for the staff member that served snack to the children was not obtained from the local health jurisdiction, but from another online company. 0106(9) Licensor observed the primary staff person with the children, who was alone with the children often, had only completed the online portion of the CPR/First Aid course in July 2022, not the in person portion. The staff member stated they had not done the in person portion.
